The PowerTIG 325EXT is a digital inverter based welder built for superior industrial performance. The PowerTIG 325EXT offers up to 320 amps of TIG welding power within a reliable and serviceable platform designed for years of service. For welding aluminum, 325EXT’s Advanced Pulse in AC greatly increases penetration while Wave Form Control, AC Frequency and AC Balance Controls combine to ensure an all round positive experience.

DC functions are not to be ignored. Plenty of features such as standard pulse frequency up to 500 Hz, and a wide range of adjustable 2T/4T functions add to this welder’s exceptional capabilities. The standard PowerTIG 325 EXT listed here is 240V, single phase.
